Observation & Baseline Data
We assess your current behaviors through a variety of modalities such as: food diaries, mobility assessments, use of our uniquely developed functional assessment forms,
This baseline data is used to create individualized program goals and criteria.
Development of program goals
We develop goals that are conceptually systematic (tested through research).
Each behavior goal is tracked closely until the client meets benchmark goals.
If you experience difficultly meeting your goals, then additional strategies will be adjusted or modified.
Behavior consultations
We address the fitness and nutrition related problem behaviors that can hinder your health.
Your consultations will be therapeutic in nature, which include addressing thoughts that may arise when you feel like quitting.
Consultations also include reviewing the data involving program goals and possible barriers for success.
Generalization and Maintenance
Programs promote generalization success by accounting for your daily habits and routines.
Programs focus on training you to continue your newly acquired behaviors with minimal support from the trainer until the services are finalized.
Participation includes access to lifetime support from our exclusive private Facebook community of trainers and clients.
